The deal, in plain language.

Using groundedgus.ai means you've read these terms and accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Grounded Gus is in active beta. Features, copy, and availability can change without notice. Do not rely on the beta to make a financial decision you wouldn't make otherwise.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license ends automatically if you breach these terms.

The site, the Grounded Gus name and brand, the underlying software, and the content we publish are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. You may not copy our brand assets, redistribute Gus's outputs as a product of your own, scrape the service, or extract data programmatically without our written permission.

Don't use the service for anything illegal, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or use it to harm or harass others or violate someone else's rights. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, login credentials, or other sensitive identifiers to Gus — he's designed to steer you away from sharing them in the first place.

Gus is an educational guide, not a fiduciary advisor and not a registered representative. Conversations with Gus do not constitute personalized investment, tax, legal, accounting, or insurance advice. For personalized advice, work with a Grounded Wealth Practitioner or another qualified professional.

Nothing on this site should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

You keep ownership of the questions, transcripts, and feedback you submit through Gus. By submitting them, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host that content for the purpose of running the service, and to use de-identified or aggregated information to improve Gus and related products. We do not sell the content of your conversations, and we do not allow them to be used to train AI systems beyond what's required to deliver Gus's reply to you.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Output from a language model can be wrong. Verify anything that matters before acting on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero2m LLC, Grounded One, Grounded Wealth, LLC, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we've been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations on liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zero2m LLC, Grounded One, Grounded Wealth, LLC, and their affiliates, officers, and employees from any third-party claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the service in violation of these terms or applicable law. We'll let you know about any such claim promptly and work with you in good faith to defend it.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, including violations of these terms. You may stop using the site at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Together with any pilot, beta, or advisory agreement we've separately signed with you, these terms are the whole agreement between you and us regarding the service. They replace any prior understandings on the same subject.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above tells you the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
